Text
Broad Meadow Brook Conservation Center & Wildlife Sanctuary , the largest urban wildlife sanctuary in New England, is located in Worcester at 414 Massasoit Road. Due to covid-19, all Mass Audubon buildings, Nature Centers, and shops were closed to the public and programs were cancelled on Friday, March 13. Due to an overwhelming response of visitors and overcrowding at sanctuaries across the state, trails were closed temporarily to the public on March 24, 2020. When trails at Broad Meadow Brook were reopened in late May, trails were re-routed to allow for one-way walking traffic. The attached map shows the adjustments that were made with safety in mind.
